Revised July 2026

InvestHER Fiduciary Solutions, LLC (“IFS”) is committed to protecting the privacy and security of the personal information entrusted to us.

Information We Collect

We may collect non-public personal information necessary to provide financial planning, investment advisory, financial therapy, insurance, and related services. This may include identifying information, financial information, account activity, income, assets, and information provided through applications, transactions, meetings, forms, or other communications.

How We Use and Share Information

We use personal information to provide and administer services, maintain client accounts and records, communicate with you, meet legal and regulatory obligations, and support the operation of our business.

We do not disclose non-public personal information about current or former clients except as authorized by you, necessary to provide services, or permitted or required by law. Information may be shared with affiliated firms, strategic partners, custodians, service providers, or other professionals when reasonably necessary to serve you. These parties are expected to protect the confidentiality of the information they receive.

Medical information, when collected in connection with insurance services, is used only for underwriting or as otherwise authorized or permitted by law.

Mobile and Text-Messaging Information

Mobile information, text-messaging opt-in data, and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with vendors that support the delivery of text messages or as otherwise required by law.

How We Protect Information

IFS maintains administrative, technical, electronic, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. These safeguards may include encryption, access controls, secure connections, strong passwords, multi-factor authentication, system monitoring, employee and vendor controls, and secure information-disposal practices.

Access to personal information is limited to individuals and service providers who require it to perform their responsibilities.

Cybersecurity Incidents

IFS maintains procedures designed to identify, respond to, and recover from cybersecurity incidents. When required by applicable law, affected individuals and regulatory authorities will be notified of qualifying incidents.

Your Role in Protecting Information

Information security is a shared responsibility. We encourage you to use strong, unique passwords, enable multi-factor authentication, protect your devices, verify unusual requests, and remain alert to phishing and other fraudulent communications.

Although IFS maintains safeguards designed to protect your information, no system or method of transmission can guarantee absolute security.
